    I love this flavor! I like to add the extra flavor shot but it actually tastes like a Carmel macchiato. The Carmel and coffee flavors together are great together. I always have people telling me how good it smells!

    Very yummy???????? Smells amazing as well. Had to get one for my sister in law after she fell in love with mine. No throat burn, and flavor is why it’s called Caramel Macchiato. Taste just about spot on. I did notice in my tank as its nearing a refill the V-liquids taste distorts alittle but nothing bad. CAN’T go wrong with this one in my opinion based off on my experience with Dr. Crimmy’s Caramel Macchiato.
